Regina (if you are saying Rageena, you are saying it wrong) is actually two friends who have bonded through their wicked senses of humor. Regina Cockfosters was born somewhere in London on Thanksgiving weekend 2017 as a result of jet lag (yes, we blame the jet lag).
Standing in front of Victoria Gate at the end of The Mall on the first day we landed in London and reading "VICTORIA REGINA" carved into the massive gate was the catalyst for her first name. Regina K(im) had already warned Regina P(aula) that she would dissolve into a fit of giggles upon hearing certain Tube stops announced. Cockfosters was one of those stops....
At some point in the trip, we started referring to "Regina Cockfosters" as if she was real. We now refer to each other as "Regina".
Regina writes commentary on London itself as well as travel to London. Regina K has been there nearly a dozen times and likes to fancy herself as a part-time resident. You know when you start planning a visit to the Museum of Brands and Packaging that you have "done London". In between Tried and True Travel Tips (TTTT) for London and beyond, you will find pithy commentary and humor on just about anything related to London.
By the way, our husband's are a bit horrified by the whole thing, which only encourages us.
